Week 3 ~ Transforming Habits that No Longer Serve
Week 4 ~ Cultivating Well Being
Each class will consist of a talk on the subject, guided meditation and a question and sharing period. 10 - 15 minute talk, 15 - 20 minute guided meditation, 15 minute share time (Q&A)
Recorded sections of the class and a student evaluation form are required for participation.
